Pharmacists
- KC Medical has licensed pharmacists available to fill all of your respiratory/breathing medication, call your medical doctor for refills, and answer all of your medication questions.
Home Medical Delivery Technicians
- All delivery technicians are trained, certified, and continuously attend classes to maintain their certification.
- Each delivery technician sets up home medical equipment, and they also train our patients on usage of each piece of equipment as required.
Electric or Manual Wheelchair Repair Requirements:
- If your electric or manual wheelchair needs to be repaired or serviced KC Medical needs the following information before we can assist you:
- An order and certificate of medical necessity (CMN) from the patient’s primary care physician showing that the patient needs the chair.
- If the wheelchair is privately owned repairs are done on a private pay basis.
- After the first two steps, patients may bring their chairs in to be repaired or a pick up and delivery time can be arranged (there may be additional costs for pick up and delivery).
- Turn around time for repairs and/or servicing varies. However, to run diagnostic tests and to order parts (if necessary) usually takes 4-6 business days
