Are You Eligible?

- The patient must be actively under a medical doctor’s care, a doctor of osteopathy, or a doctor of podiatry.
- The patient must have current insurance coverage under Medicare, Medicaid, Workman’s Compensation, a private health insurance, or be classified as a private payer.
- The doctor has to certify the need for services. This is accomplished when we receive a written signed order confirming the services.
- A home assessment for environment safety for home care services must then be completed.
How do I get Started?

- The first and one of the most important steps in getting started is obtaining a referral/order/prescription/certificate of medical necessity.
- A licensed physician has to assess your health condition and they will recommend the services you will benefit from appropriately.
- A social worker or discharge planner at a medical center will be involved in this procedure.
- A nurse from a physician’s office also can call in a order to our facility for the proper equipment or services you require.
- An assessment and plan of service will then be performed, once the doctor’s orders are received.
- Then insurance and payment information is confirmed. Check to see your insurance eligibility.
- We then deliver door to door the physician ordered equipment or service.
- Our company is a Medicare and Medicaid provider, therefore we file all claims (including private insurances) corresponding to the physician’s orders and equipment/service you receive.
